Magandang araw! I'm Emery (Emerbee, Eme, or Bee). Panindagat means 'seafaring'.
I'm a non-binary (they/them) Tagalog creative with a BA in Theatre Costuming. I do illustration and character design work, specializing in character design. I'm currently studying for my Bachelor's of Science in Fisheries and Marine Science and am an active member of MISS (Minorities in Shark Sciences). I was a part of their 2025 Diversifying Ocean Sciences Tropical Ecology Cohort, and I'm currently their 2026 Summer Artist in Residence.
My work will always center queerness, transness, the beauty of cultures, and the conservation of nature.
Outside of school and work, I love playing video games, reading books, doing aerial silks, pole dancing, roller skating, and TTRPG! I'm also working on my first book, so we'll see how that goes ~
